Lifeneal is an independently operated Minecraft community and server network. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
When you play on Lifeneal or use our website and related services, we may collect your Minecraft username and UUID, IP address, connection timestamps, gameplay and moderation records, server commands and chat where logged for safety, Discord account information when voluntarily linked, and standard website or server diagnostic logs.
2. How we use data
We use this information to operate and secure the network, provide player statistics, detect cheating and abuse, enforce server rules, investigate reports, maintain backups, provide support, and communicate important service information.
3. Cookies and authentication
The public website may use essential technical storage. The staff dashboard uses authentication and session technologies required to verify authorized users and protect administrative features. Third-party services linked from Lifeneal may use their own cookies under their own policies.
4. Retention and requests
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for network operation, security, moderation, dispute handling, or legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of personal information, open a support ticket through the Lifeneal Discord. Some records may be retained when necessary to prevent abuse, preserve security, or meet legal requirements.
5. Third-party services
Lifeneal uses or links to services operated by third parties, including Discord, Mojang/Minecraft, Cloudflare, server-list voting sites, and store or payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services. Discord usage is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
6. Children's privacy
Players must meet the minimum age required by the services they use and obtain parental or guardian permission where applicable. Do not send sensitive personal information through public chat or support channels.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Lifeneal website, connecting to the Minecraft network, using its Discord community, or purchasing through its store, you agree to these terms, the Lifeneal Server Rules, and the applicable terms of third-party services. Minecraft usage is also governed by Mojang's Usage Guidelines.
2. Conduct and enforcement
You must follow Lifeneal's rules. Staff may warn, mute, restrict, kick, suspend, or ban accounts when reasonably necessary to address rule violations, security threats, abuse, payment fraud, or disruption. Enforcement decisions may consider related accounts and available technical evidence.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are generally final once delivered. Refund availability may depend on the store provider, payment processor, applicable law, and the circumstances of the purchase. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting support; fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account restrictions. If something genuinely went wrong, open a Lifeneal support ticket so staff can review it.
4. Availability and virtual items
Lifeneal is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent worlds, permanent virtual items, or error-free operation. Server progress, balances, ranks, items, statistics, and other virtual features may change, reset, or be removed as part of maintenance, moderation, balancing, or network development.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity performed through your Minecraft, Discord, store, and website accounts. Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected compromise. Account sharing does not excuse rule violations.
6. Changes
These terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated as Lifeneal changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
